You don't remember? This is why I find it useful to add the date of completion on all my pictures. ^_^

I just checked the file date. I made this the same year of Random Moments. As for how old is Delia, well, her official online debut was June 26 2000 with MiR, so I think it's safe to say I designed her several months before that.
