So, who is this? Byron Moreno, previously a FIFA referee, became infamous on Italy after his performance during the Korea-Italy match on the Korea Japan World Cup 2002, where Italy got eliminated. Fast forward to 2010, he was caught with porting drugs on a New York airport. Ecuador’s reaction? He’ll burn of course.
